The location is fantastic for exploring Perth, but the shower had significant plumbing issues, causing flooding.

Comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Spacious apartment with a functional kitchen and laundry facilities made it suitable for longer stays.
Fridge had ice buildup that needed defrosting, and the hot water tap in the shower squealed when turned on. Navigating the car park proved challenging, with four spaces designed for three cars, leading to potential congestion.

Just wrapped up a great stay at All Suites! Loved the spacious room, awesome air conditioning during Perth's heat, and super close to the bus stop. Minor issue with the bathtub stopper, but the Japanese restaurant on-site was a delicious highlight!

central location, convenient public transport, good air conditioning
Stained furniture, leaking taps, and malfunctioning appliances made my stay less enjoyable. Parking is a circus act. prepare to struggle for your spot. More attention to cleanliness would definitely improve the experience!!!

Perth vibes 🌆
Central location, just a short walk to the CBD. Staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Room was lekker clean and spacious, and the new TV had Netflix channels – perfect for a chill night in!
Shower was a bit outdated, could use a little face-lift.

would like to stay longer.
Stayed in a Studio Apartment for 6 nights. Spacious with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. Loved the balcony view! Clean bathroom with free toiletries and good shower pressure. Convenient with a drying rack and kitchenware. Front desk staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location near cafes and supermarkets.

The One-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and super comfy, perfect for our stay. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Perth heat. The bed was nice too, but the kitchen utensils could definitely use an upgrade. The washing machine had some plumbing issues initially, but they fixed it really quickly. Location was on point, just 5 minutes from the river and public transport.

missingWrote a review on Apr 16great locationfriendly staffcramped bedroom
Had a great time with friends staying in a Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment. We enjoyed exploring the area with easy access to the Regal Theatre and indulging in delicious meals nearby. The location is spot on, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly, and it felt like a home away from home during our trip.
The second bedroom could really use a window for ventilation. It felt a bit cramped and uncomfortable, especially with the bed's lean. This made it tough for one of my friends who had some mobility issues to move around easily.

The suite was spacious and well-equipped, ideal for a comfortable stay, with a very clean environment. the lack of sheer curtains made it difficult to enjoy natural light without sacrificing privacy. the air circulation was inadequate, causing lingering cooking odors—especially concerning during warmer nights. Despite these issues, the location was convenient for accessing public transport and exploring the area, enhancing the overall experience.
